Kenya lies along the equator and is bordered by five countries: Uganda to the west, South Sudan to the northwest, Ethiopia to the north, Somalia to the northeast, and Tanzania to the south. In striking contrast to its inland landscapes, the Kenyan coastline is characterized by pristine beaches, vibrant coral reefs, scenic creeks, and picturesque coral islands.
After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake located on the floor of the Great Rift Valley. The lake is renowned for its rich birdlife, with over 460 recorded species. It is a year-round breeding ground for cormorants, and you may also spot pelicans, spoonbills perched on submerged trees, and the iconic African fish eagle. The lake supports two main fish species—black bass and tilapia. Amphibian life is also abundant, ranging from large bullfrogs to tiny tree toads.
An optional visit to Crescent Island, part of the rim of a submerged volcano whose crater forms the deepest part of the lake, can be arranged locally at an additional cost. Lunch will be served at the resort. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure, with various optional activities available and payable locally.

After breakfast, proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley, enjoying breathtaking scenery en route. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy an exhilarating game drive in the Masai Mara, where sightings of lions, cheetahs, and other predators are often the highlight of the day.
Dinner and Overnight: Mara Leisure Camp or Keekorok Lodge
After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive to explore the vast plains of the Masai Mara, home to an extraordinary variety of wildlife. With luck, you may witness a dramatic predator hunt. Return to the lodge for lunch, followed by another game drive in the afternoon, offering excellent opportunities to spot the famous Big Five.
Dinner and Overnight: Mara Leisure Camp or Keekorok Lodge
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, one of the world’s most celebrated wildlife sanctuaries, renowned for its natural beauty and immense concentrations of plains game. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, proceed for a game drive. The Serengeti is home to large lion prides, cheetahs, elusive leopards, hyenas, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and much more.
Dinner and Overnight: Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge, beautifully set on a tree-clad ridge with panoramic views over the endless plains.
Enjoy an early morning game drive in search of the diverse wildlife that inhabits the Serengeti. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, head out for another exciting game drive, with excellent chances of spotting the Big Five. Birdlife in the Serengeti is equally impressive, including bustards, lilac-breasted rollers, and superb starlings.
Meals and Overnight: Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge
After breakfast, check out and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world and often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Arrive at your lodge for lunch before embarking on a half-day crater tour. The crater floor hosts an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five, with around 20,000 animals inhabiting this unique ecosystem.
Descend into this natural amphitheatre of forests, lakes, swamps, and grasslands, home to wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, gazelle, lions, leopards, hyenas, elephants, and rare black rhinos. A soda lake attracts flamingos and other water birds. Return to the lodge in the evening.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a paradise for birdwatchers. Observe a wide variety of bird species including spoonbills, pelicans, kingfishers, hornbills, and cormorants. The park is also famous for its tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds, and forest monkeys leaping through the trees along the Great Rift escarpment.

After breakfast, drive to Arusha. Lunch will be at your own expense. You will then be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward departure flight.
