Welcome to the capital of Spain. Upon arrival in Madrid, you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in, the remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Madrid.
After breakfast, proceed for a panoramic city tour of Madrid. You will visit elegant squares such as Oriente, España, Parque del Oeste, Príncipe Pío, and Puente del Rey, along with the Shrine of the Virgen del Puerto, offering one of the finest views of Madrid’s historic heritage. Later, enjoy a guided visit to the Royal Palace. Overnight stay in Madrid.
After breakfast, proceed on your own to the railway station to board the high-speed train to Seville. The journey takes approximately three hours, bringing you to one of Spain’s most charming cities. The rest of the day is at leisure. You may consider an optional Flamenco dance show in the birthplace of Flamenco. Overnight stay in Seville.
After buffet breakfast, proceed for a Seville city tour on a SIC basis. Begin with a visit to the magnificent Cathedral, one of the world’s most stunning Gothic temples and the third-largest church globally. Continue to the Santa Cruz Quarter, then pass the Reales Alcázares (Royal Fortresses) and the Archive of the Indies, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Travel along the Guadalquivir River to see the Torre del Oro, an Arab-origin watchtower dating back to the 13th century.
After lunch, proceed on your own to the airport for your flight from Seville to Barcelona. Overnight stay in Barcelona.
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Barcelona. Begin at Paseo de Gracia, where you will see iconic Modernist buildings, including Gaudí’s Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera). Continue to the Olympic Port and Olympic Village, exploring key sites developed for the 1992 Olympic Games. Drive through Barceloneta, Port Vell, and Plaza de Colón, the start of the famous Las Ramblas.
Ascend to Montjuïc to enjoy a panoramic viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the city and harbor. Take a cable-car ride for an aerial perspective of Barcelona. Continue past Olympic facilities such as the Lluis Companys Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi, and Picornell Pools, before visiting Pueblo Español to explore 117 replicas of traditional Spanish buildings and craft workshops, along with a tasting of Catalan cava.
Proceed to Plaza de España and then to Plaza Catalunya, where a guided walking tour begins through the historic center. Visit the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter, and Plaza Sant Jaume, home to the City Hall and the Catalan Government headquarters. The tour concludes at Plaza Catalunya. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Barcelona.
After breakfast, proceed to the international airport for your flight back home.
