Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to your hotel. Day at leisure to relax or explore the city at your own pace. Overnight in Madrid.
After breakfast, start your day around 08:30 with a comprehensive city tour of Madrid, covering Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Gate of Alcalá, Gran Vía, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor.
Visit Retiro Park, an oasis in the city center, and see the lake and the Glass Palace.
Admission included to Las Ventas Bullring, one of the world’s most famous bullrings, with a visit to the Bullfighting Museum to learn about the tradition of “corridas.”
Overnight in Madrid.
Depart early from Madrid, stopping in Zaragoza for a brief break.
Continue to Monastery of Poblet, one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world (entrance and guided tour included).
Next, visit Montserrat Monastery and enjoy a ride on the rack train for panoramic views.
Continue to Barcelona, arriving in the late afternoon. Overnight in Barcelona.
Explore Barcelona with a city tour guided by a local expert. Visit the Gothic Quarter, the Olympic area, and photograph La Sagrada Familia.
Entry included to Poble Espanyol, an open-air architectural museum showcasing Spain’s craftsmanship, architecture, and traditions.
Evening transfer to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya for leisure and dining. Overnight in Barcelona.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
